Wrong firmware

Firmware Version : 3.15.1 Build 160719 Rel.57530n

I recently upgraded my routers firmware.
When I realized that I should of installed the
3.15.1 Build 161031 version.
I checked which region this routers or and its not EU or US region.
The routers working fine right now. Should I install the right firmware and how?
