I have done several crossed test having the following equipment:
1 Alternatyva SIM card (based over Wind LTE networks)
1 WIND SIM card

1 TPlink MR200
1 LTE USB STICK HUAWEI
1 ZTE Z90 mobile LTE router

During all the test the signal was always good (4 notches)

The Archer MR200 works well with WIND SIM, the SIM doesn't require authentication.
The Archer MR200 doesn't work with Alternatyva SIM, but the SIM works with the other devices.

The Alternatyva SIM needs APN authentication like this:
APN: mobile.alternatyva.static.it
Username: name.surname@alternatyva
Password: -
Authentication: CHAP

MR200 logs doesn't give any information on what was gone wrong.

It could be affected by the 20 chars username length, like in the following post.

Actually, the MR200 has taken its way back to Amazon.
The Alternatyva LTE SIM works perfectly with the MR6400. The internal Web configuration pages look older than MR200 but are not buggish!
I'm getting 50 Mbps in Download and 20 Mbps in upload, much better than the other devices I own.

I also contacted the Italian official support, they kidded me writing that Alternatyva APN
mobile.alternatyva.static.it
in not a valid URL !?!?!?!

Salve a tutti
Ho comprato questo router MR200 ieri, proprio per sostituire la saponetta di Alternatyva, e posso dire che invece funziona alla grande..
La cosa fondamentale per farlo funzionare è questa; All'inizio dopo aver inserito la sim di alternatyva, mi raccomando in gestione PIN inserire il PIN della SIM se è impostato, altrimenti non ti permette di navigare, il router MR200 prova a connettersi come se avesse una scheda Wind, e non ti permette di accedere ad altro.
Quindi bisogna creare un nuovo profilo e inserire i dati corretti che allego quì sotto.

Profile Name: Alternatyva
Tipo di connessione : "static"
APN di connessione: mobile.alternatyva.static.it
Username della connessione: nome.cognome@alternatyva
Pass: la password del vostro account
Autentificazione = CHAP

Salvare e provare.
