Archer D7, pppoe and DDNS problem

ISP :
If I connect to my ISP with PPPoA then the DDNS setting I have with no-ip work fine and it updates the IP with them. If I change to PPPoE to allow IPv6 support on the network even with IPv6 disabled the DDNS page just shows "connecting" and never connects or updates the IP, almost like it is blocked.
Anyone give me some help on this?
