The connection with the tp-link RE200 drops

The connection with the tp-link RE200 drops. The RE200 says "Internet is not available" but the main modem signal is good. I read on Amazon that the problem was resolved by downloading and installing the firmware. Please tell me where I can download? Or can you tell me another way to solve the problem? If I can not fix the problem in a few days, I'll have to return the tp-link. Thank you
