Problems connecting Archer C2600

Hey,So I'm trying to install Archer C2600.My internet connection type is PPPoE.I've inserted the username and password I got from the supplier.The internet connection keeps failing.I tried to reset the modem, all the cables are connected and I have no idea what's wrong.Everything works well with my old router.Any help appreciated.
