M5350 firmware upgrade failed

Hi,
i want to upgrade the Firmware of my M5350.
The Hardware Revision is V2.
I followed the guide to upgrade the firmware: http://www.tp-link.de/faq-1036.html
But i got the message, that the updater couldn´t get the Hardware Version of the Device (Error NO 110)

I got exactly the same error installing fw upgrade(s) - latest three versions available on
I want to troubleshoot an internet connection fail.
the current fw installed is 1.1.2 build 130427 rel. 36600n.
