Hello. The router has the light blue interface, I setup the access tab to use the "Whitelist" and then write the data of the devices that should have access to internet. When I did that and enable the Access Control, the designated devices cannot connect to the WAN. Previously I had a WDR4300. I used to configure the router to allow only some devices to have access to internet, and that works ok in the WDR4300, with the old green UI.

The router data are:
Hardware version: Archer C3200 v1 00000000
Firmware version: 0.9.1 0.1 v004b.0 Build 150826 Rel.38411n

Thank you for your support.

Thank you for your answer. I attach a screen capture of the Security-Access Control section of the setup here. At the moment of the capture the Access Control was disabled. When I enable the access control with the whitelist in the image (the list contains more devices that are not included in the image), the access to internet is not posible, even after rebooting the router it does not allow the internet conection of any device in the whitelist. I must say, that these devices has private IP addresses, within the LAN, that are asigned through the DHCP server, with the same IP addresses because they are included in the Address Reservation section. Any suggestion will be acknowdledge.

Can these devices get Internet access when the Access Control is disabled? Make sure the MAC Address is correct, better to add these devices when they have internet access, so you can get the correct MAC Address from the Devices Online table on the same page.

The list of devices are ok, I know this fact since the IP addresses that the DHCP assigns to them are those that were assigned. Also I take that MAC addresses from the list of connected device given by the router in the same page as you suggest but the internet connection is lost when the Access control is enabled. When Access control is disabled everything seems to work ok.

The problem is that I did not found any firmware upgrade that is compatible with the one I have now in the router. If you know of an upgrade compatible with the hardware/firmware version of the device I have, please let me know. Thank you anyway for the suggestions.

One peculiarity I have in the setup of the router that I configured, is that I choose for the LAN the subnet 192.168.23.0/255.255.255.0 . Although that should work and do in all other aspects, there is a possibility that exist a bug in the firmware, that peculiarity reveals. In any case, I am expecting for a firmware upgrade when available.

do you see a US or EU version on the label? if it is us, you can upgrade the one in US website. For EU, try UK one.

Hello, I buy the router in Brazil, southamerica and their local webpage of TP-link has available the same firmware that came with the router when I buy it. The data are:

Model : TP-Link Archer c3200

Hardware Version : Archer C3200 v1 00000000

Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.1 v004b.0 Build 150826 Rel.38411n

I dont know which firmware apply in view of these data. I have no problem with the language but I am affraid to brick the device since I have heard of incompatibilities among different firmware versions. Thanks.
