VR600 Virtual Server not working

VR600 Virtual Server not working

Just purchased a VR600 to replace my TD-W9980.
I have configured several virtual servers but only one of them is working (accessible externally).
Example:
WAN:28020 --> 192.168.1.20:80 (FREENAS web interface) -- works
WAN:28074 --> 192.168.1.74:8081(service running on FREENAS server) -- cannot access
...
Notes:
The services are accessible from within my LAN.
This setup worked on previous TP-Link router.
Some doc said I need to enable NAT under System Parameters, but that menu seems to no longer exist.
Any insights are appreciated.
