Archer C7 how to achieve 1300kbps speed?

How to configure my Archer C7 to get the wifi performance as published, 1300Mbps on 5Ghz, 450Mbps on 2.4GHz? When i connect to 5Ghz, I only get 433Mbps link speed, while only 72Mbps on 2.4Ghz. Thanks!
