@Fae. So I did what you said and now my username and password don't work. II followed instructions to set up mail server, so I could reset password and nothing. Should I factory reset the controller...

So how exactly do you log in locally? I need the answer in layman's terms or directions please. I'm trying to back up so I can update the firmware.
