MR200 only support IPSec VPN client. It has PPTP and L2TP passthrough,but don't support PPTP and L2TP client. So you need to setup PPTP and L2TP on your PC.

Bridge Mode 3631 works as a ADSL modem only. It don't support SIP function in this mode.

Maybe there's conflict in logic of firmware between Access control and Port Forwarding. What the support answered you?

9980B can't be used on other regions because the DSL standards are not the same. So it's better to return this one and buy the correct one.

Maybe tplink modem is not compatible with your ISP. You can try contact the retailer to return this product.
