Called my ISP and they said the only port they blocked is 25. When i could port forward on the other router i was using Win 7 64B, now Im using Win 8 64b. Tried to disable firewall/add ports...

Something should listen, but they did only with dmz activated, why don't they with it off too? Still, this doesn't help me to solve my problem. I'm hopeless.
