In fact, my main router only supports DynDNS which isn't free anymore, Can you try with openwrt (gargoyle) on this router, there you have more ddns addresses to use.

What kind of settings do you have in Security->Remote Management? Have you checked this service from another localisation?

You are right @ikbentomas it was problem with lost firmware. Router has only bootloader.
