does oc400 support per-user DPI statistics?

So according to this post https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/734076 per-user DPI is disabled for hardware controllers (which i do own OC300). Is the feature also disabled in OC400?

the feature is nonsense when we don't see the per-user data. Please enable the feature back for hardware controllers. We bought the hardware and expect it to work.

My setup is: - 1x ER8411 v1.0 - 1x OC300 - 3x SG3428XMP v3.20 - 1x SG3452X v1.20 - 1x SG3428X v1.30 In the video I do see a users section but no matter what I do not see the tab:
