@Jeffg53 Yes, I just check on the support section for the switches, no firmware to be found, perhaps you can zero it in down on the Decos firmware, as you've said, you never face this issues before...

@Jeffg53 TP-link and its subsidiary, Mercusys is a hit and miss with its their firmware, sometimes it works for some, sometimes is just a disaster. Could it be you just updated the firmware recently...

Could it be the lan/ethernet cable is faulty?? try swapping it out with another cable? Or is your IPTV/VLAN turned on?

@Jeffg53 On the deco app main screen, if you are using wired backhaul, ethernet. It should show up the cable. just like this.
