I have the same problem when I use Chrome and see movies on YouTube with high resolution eg 1080 or 4K...especially when I moving 2-3x point of movie. Changeing of level filtering no resolves...

But Your ZIP files have PIB file :) TL-PA8010P(EU)-170330-2.2.3-BETA (from Your's first message) is maybe last beta for PA8010P(EU) V1 ??
