@webipsum looking at the pictures you uploaded it seems to be in the off position at the moment and could still be gently slid to the left with a wooden tooth pic type implement to keep it...

@avivagr maybe a case of returning it to retailer and getting a replacement/refund if reinstalling current firmware doesnt work.

@NetStorm sorry it didn`t work, I assume surfshark vpn profile with your subscription is the same and hasn`t changed, you could raise a ticket here and hopefully get you a fix sorted. sometimes...

if reverting is not possible then I suggest a factory reset and re-add your vpn and fingers crossed it will work.
