@SY_03 same problem I faced. got to malaysia site. there is firmware available for v1 US, downloaded the 1.3.1 updated it by pc, rebooted then updated to 1.4.3 from web GUI.

@Kevin_Z cannot upgrade ax53 v1 to 1.4.3. everytime after downloading error shows up. can you help pls.
