What's the operating system of your PC? You cannot detect your Wi-Fi network or all Wi-Fi networks as you said it lost signal? Other wireless client like phone, laptop, tablet etc. are working OK?

What's the link speed of wireless network connection on PC installed WN823N? It might be a driver issue. If possible, you'd better install it on PC running on Windows 7 or 8 to test.
