It is quite clear now. You have to remove the network profile and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. By the way, "TP-Link_6360503" is the default Wi-Fi name of W8960N? What's the Wi-Fi name showing on...

But another router is not working as a router, isn't it? The IP address of PS3 is still assigned by main router which is still the DHCP server in the network.

How is it going with customer care team? Any more suggestions from them?

There is no such an option on web interface of W8968. You may try following steps but I'm not sure if it will be working with W8968 V3. 1. Back up your settings. 2. Open config file with TXT format....

It is a bug but has not been fixed yet in WR740N. It may be fixed in its next firmware. :) Not quite sure about that.
