I reported this situation to TP-LINK and they said will fix this issue soon.

If you want to get this resource from TPLINK then you can give up. They NEVER, never give the code to you.

As far as I know if you logout the Kasa account then you couldn't see or control the devices bound to others account. This is for security concern, isn't it right?

I have contacted the support team and they said they would redefine this function.
