Hi, You can go to Advanced--Network--Data Settings to correct the Data used. I don't think a restart will reset the data counting on the router.

What's the hardware and firmware version of your router? Does your wired connection have the same issue? What do you mean Resetting to the factory state has not been successful?

You can choose multiple bulbs in one scene, but each bulb can only have one colour in one scene. If you want the bulbs have more colors , you need setup more scene.
