SUBB, HSBB are like two different protocols. When you set up the router, you can ask your ISP what you need to setup, router SUBB or their other. I am sure they will give you the answer.

It's plug and play. No need to configure the switch. It's the router that you should configure.

There is no USB printer controller for Linux system. It's not compatible.
