@Kevin_Z specialist wasn't able to resolve the issue. I mentioned that the only real useful advice would be to save the router logs to the usb drive attached to the router, that was my own suggestion

@Kevin_Z unfortunatetly when I restarted the router the logs clear out because they are only saved in ram....

@Kevin_Z just had a disconnect with the different ethernet cable. The router had a red light and I could not connect via the local LAN. So I had to power cycle it.
