Under Concast's new hated data cap rule (Effective 1/1/2021) of 1229GB (1.2TB) per month, Is there a way to enforce it in the router? Was not able to find a good way to do it

I'm afraid the TL-R600VPN doesn't support to set Data Limit per month. It might be unable to achieve your demand.

 

FYI, the TL-R600VPN router only supports Bandwidth Control per week. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2152/
