[FEATURE REQUEST]: ER7206 - add LAN LAG (Link Aggregation) feature
Hi @Fae,
Is there a dev plan to add the Link Aggregation (LAG) feature for LAN ports for ER7206 v1.0 ?
Ex. ER7206 LAN Port4+LAN Port5 <=> to switch uplink TL-SG2428P v1.0 SFP Port27+SFP Port28 ?
I have a site with two ISP 1Gbps WAN (SFP port+ WAN port) and need to connect this 2 Gbps uplink to the switch TL-SG2428P v1.0.
Any ideas on how to do this?
Thank you.

when is this happening? Your response indicates it should have been the end of 2022 and we are now 5 months into 2023.

@Fae You are right, there are no promises, etc. But just remember, you are selling business equipments. And it is simply nothing else than a really bad joke, that a router can have 4 gigabit WANs but can only be with 1 GBit to LAN. Most of us already have spent lots of money in infrastructure long before. And we have cosen TP-Link as technology partner. And we expect from our partner to go with the time, to listen to the requests and to update the products in an acceptable time-frame. And at last, gibe us a roadmap. If you don't know anything if this feature will come or not and if yes, when, so please go on and ask someone to give us at least some information. It is absolutely not acceptable to hear 5 month after the possible release date, that this was not promised. We are not kids in the Kindergartens, we have to plan our networks. So why the hell we are not getting serious information 5 month after the expected release date? Again, pleas go on and ask someone. There is a big community, needing this feature. And not all of them are writing posts.

Hi @Alex_UTS, @KJK, @BUrrenAtlantic, @Sir-Lunch-A-Lot, and other community members,
Thank you for your valuable feedback and inquiry!
I apologize for any confusion caused by the previous information. Here is the current update to the LAN LAG feature request.
Sorry that the LAN LAG feature may not be added to the Omada Gigabit Routers such as ER605 and ER7206 due to hardware performance limitations. If the LAN LAG feature on the router is a must in your network, we recommend exploring alternative solutions that may meet your needs. We understand that this news may be disappointing for some of you who were hoping for this feature on the Omada Routers, but hope you understand that TP-Link always strive to provide the best possible experience for our users.
Once again, we appreciate your support and feedback on our product, and we will continue to strive towards meeting our customers' expectations.
*Please kindly note that the information provided here is based on the current information we have, it is provided for informational purposes only, not a guarantee or a promise. Any plans are subject to change, the final firmware releases shall prevail.

Is there an alternative omada router that will be able to undertake these requirements?
Or one with an SFP+ LAN connection?
