Router ER605 no statistic
As mention in another post. No client statistic.
All software is the latest. controller run on windows 10 computer and OC200
I have ER605 and ER7206 with Cisco SG200 switches, statistic show 0 Byte on ER605 but not on E7206
Pretty much same configuration.
I Have also ER605 with no switch at all client connected directly to ER605 show 0 Byte.
It looks like this is ER605 Problem, This is also the same with ER605 in stand alone
ER7206 show activity

Thank you for posting the problem here.
It has been confirmed that the ER605 cannot record the client statistic when the Hardware Offload is enabled (it's enabled by default settings). You may disable the Hardware Offload for the ER605, then the traffic will pass through the CPU so that the client statistic can be recorded.

it made no difference, everything is at 0 Byte still
I restarted the router but it did not make any difference either
This is history of one of the device

@Fae What is the impact on performance? I have 1Gb internet so would like to understand if turning this off would still allow me to have full bandwidth. In my case I'm only missing stats of devices behind other switches.

After you disable Hardware Offload, did you ensure clients have online activities for a period of time before you check the clients' history?
The clients' history is reported by the gateway to the Controller, the information may be not real-time.

Good question...With Hardware Offload disabled on the ER605, the throughput will be limited to 500Mbps or below.
If you indeed need the router to record the Traffic Statistics of clients and your bandwidth is no more than 400Mbps, you can choose to disable it. @shberge Sorry that it's not mentioned that earlier.
Note: It's only for ER605. The ER7206 doesn't have an impact.

This is not a big deal for me, the most important thing for me is a stable network, and after the last update it has been quite a lot better.
I'm waiting for the next update of router and controller, maybe it's fixed.
