Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.16.9 Build 161108 Rel.67995n

Im trying to use the repeater mode but every time the conection on my pc shows problems and it says the default gateway is not avaible, and i don't know what to do

Here's a guide how to configure the device in range extender mode. Video guide is available as well.

When you're ready to place your TL-WR841HP make sure it's not too far from your main router.

Here's a practical guide on how to properly place a range extender.

If you post some more details about your network infrastructure like:

1. Do you have any ISP modem/router besides your main router

2. What's your main router made and model

3. What's your main router LAN IP address

4. Screenshot of the WR841HP status page:

5. A screenshot of the error in question would be helpful too.

 

it would be easier to pin-point the issue.

@terziyski when i put it in repeater mode i can no longer acess the config pages of both devices (the WR841HP and the modem/main router
