I wonder why you would think that in the business system a logical port representation (which the omada screen clearly is )  should map the physical location on the device ? 

I would agree to some level ( if the image would be photo realistic and try to mimic the switch look and feel ) but here is just 'logical' ports 

port numbers are port numbers , you are looking for a pattern , that you shouldn't be looking for really. 

if you just look down , the port are all in a table 1 under the next one....  that is also not 'correct'

news flash for real business setups ( data centers ) 

The guys who are configuring switches are not the guys who install it , and the guys configuring the switch never went to the server room these days. 

They are on the other side of the globe.

I just checked on my switches and  thank god ,

1 is correctly mapped and for the other; the ports are in 1 row in reality and in the gui they are in 2 rows and 2 SFP ports are not even differently indicated and in reality they look completely different.   damn I'm now also completely confused .........

The 2 new ones I'm added are also doing the 1 row in 2 row thingy  :(
