Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.0.9 Build 20211228 Rel. 55234

Dear TP-link,

I'm the owner of 4 pcs. of DECO X60

living_room	X60(3.0)	1.0.9 Build 20211228 Rel. 55234
Peter’s Kontor	X60(2.0)	1.5.1 Build 20210204 Rel. 50164
hallway	X60(2.0)	1.5.1 Build 20210204 Rel. 50164	Main deco
Margit’s Kontor	X60(2.0)	1.5.1 Build 20210204 Rel. 50164

The living_room keeps logging below messages :

Tue May 17 12:42:57 2022 daemon.err nrd[19284]: dataLineCounter[line 39]: Failed to read file: /tmp/ai_roaming/ar_pat/apInfo

Tue May 17 12:42:57 2022 daemon.err nrd[19284]: ar_pat_fill_stainfo[line 113]: Failed to read AP info!

Tue May 17 12:42:57 2022 daemon.err nrd[19284]: dataLineCounter[line 39]: Failed to read file: /tmp/ai_roaming/ar_pat/apInfo

and within a day the living_room restarts.

Thank you for the fast reply

I get the logs by entering the IP adress of living room Deco into a browser and the log in and the fetch the system log

I have now moved the living_room Deco away from my Samsung TV and it seems to help. The error massages are not in the system log gof the living room Deco any more and the restarts has stopped.

Do you mean after the router generated these logs, Deco X60-V3(living_Room Deco) started rebooting itself? and other V2 Decos had no issue at all?

Thank you and thanks for the fast reply.

The logs that I have copied into my messages are from the living-Room Deco. (you get these logs from the Deco by its web-interface)

What I mean is that the living_Room V3 Deco keeps logging these error messages every 5 seconds in the errorlog and once a day the living_Room V3 Deco restarts. The other V2 Decos works and do not restart

My setup is : Modem->hall_Deco ... wireless .. the other Decos

Thanks for the update.

just to confirm, Do you get these logs when you access the web UI of the main Deco(hall-way Deco) via tplinkdeco.net/192.168.68.1 or actually the web interface of living room Deco(the LAN IP of living room Deco could be seen under the Deco settings next to its MAC address)?

If possible, Could you please record a video clip about the restart process on V3 Deco?

Have you tried to switch the location of V3 Deco with one of the V2 satellite units to see whether V3 Deco would still auto restart by itself?

And Have you ever tried to use V3 Deco as the main Deco to see whether the restart issue continued?

How to Setup the Satellite Deco to be the Main Deco?
