It is already known that there is an updated firmware version for er605 v2, but the update speed of the old version v1 is very slow, which cannot meet the needs of commercial use, and the official cannot provide when it will be updated, so whether it is necessary to be more careful when selecting tp-link products rigorous! Can you tell me when you can update the new firmware so that the old version can use the new functions you need!

@Hank21 The beta was released. The release notes state that full mode OpenVPN has been implemented. It is still not an option to use full mode when setting up a VPN and all traffic defaults to split. Basically, nothing has changed and the promise has once again been broken.
If there is no intent to give the v1 owners basic functionality available in $40 home routers please let us know so that we can just go buy something which will work for actual business use.
