Hi all

 

i have 2 x EAP225 installed  the first one i managed to configure via the omada app on my tablet the second one i cannot connect to it says connecting then just gives up both 2.4 and 5 GHz  tried resting but no luck can anyone shed some light

The misbehaving unit has been factory reset?  Verify that the 'config SSID' is per the user manual.

Try powering down both units and then only powering up the one that needs configuring.

After it has been reset...the button by ethernet jack. Power cycle AP. Use your phone or laptop and SCAN for wireless networks...should come up as TPLINKxxxxx or similar. Attach yourself to that network, then you can browse to the devices web management gui. If tgat all works, it will be adoptable by mesh connection.
