My new extender does not accept my router password. How can I change it to accept it?
Hi, what is the model no., hardware version and LED status of your TP-Link device?
Please check whether Wireless password of your router you entered is correct or not, you could go to Settings--WiFi on your phone to forget the router WiFi, then reconnect it using the same Wi-Fi password to see if it works.
