don't think so
combine this with your last post, I gotta say that you misunderstand something here.
first, this is a device placed in your lan. you gotta port forward it to the public internet. you bypass the cloud portal tplink provides. this is gonna be a direct connection to your wan IP.
wan IP is bound to an address. you buy your domain and bind to the wan IP.
port forward gotta mirror port 443 on wan if you want to use the https on wan to 443 on oc200 IP(https).
you can install the certificate to your domain. not to the oc200.
is this what you mean?
it's related to setting up a server/web. not a problem with the oc200. you should worry about the how to set up a server/web on public internet.

@Tedd404 double checking ted are you saying that controller has to be RJ45 plugged into a wan port mirrored or it can be plugged in to wan or lan?

oc200 can be a local server that you can put it on the internet. is this what you want?
certificate you said, it's more like a certificate on public internet. locally, the certificate is not that important. the certificate just explains this site is a secure site and not harmful.
does not make too much sense on a local network. i remember oc200 has the certificate and safe to use on chrome. no error or warning.
