Model: RE215
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.11 build 220805 rel 55827n

How many RE215s can be on 1 AX73 at same time? I have 5 but only 4 appear to work at same time.  Sometimes one will drop off and not be seen in Tether app, WiFi light will turn red.

Hi, it depends on how you connect them, may I know if all the extenders connect to the router WiFi directly and are located at different sides of the router?

or connect like a chain in one direction? Such as extender 1 connects to router, extender 2 connects to extender 1, extender 3 connects to extender 2 etc.?

It is recommanded to connect in the first method, but if you have to use the daisy chain, it is recommanded to connect two extenders in one chain at most for signal quality.

  @Sunshine

Thanks for the reply.  The extenders are not in a chain.  I have a two story concrete house with the router and 3 extenders on the first floor, 2 extenders on the second.  The first floor is somewhat of an oval topology with all devices on the oval.  The 3 extenders are equally spaced from the router.  For the 2 extenders on the second floor, they are about 30 feet apart in the same room with one at the top of the stairs (about 20 feet from the router) and the other about 30 feet away across the room (about 30 feet from the router but thru concrete floor)..  I used many in my home since all walls and floors are concrete so signal is poor.  All extenders are same and use mesh setting.
