is wifi router Sagemcomm compatible with tp-link?

Do you mean connect TP-Link Router to Sagemcomm WiFi router via Ethernet cable?

Normally as long as your Sagemcomm router is working fine and no advanced settings to block some devices, the TP-Link router should be able to work.

 

By the way, to avoid double NATs issue, you could also set up the second router as Access Point mode: How to configure the TP-Link wireless router as Access Point
