  @niontec

Hi, may I know how far is it between the router and your 5G client device?

Please let us know the 5G signal strength at same location on the same client device before and after someone is downloading.

  @Sunshine Hi, thanks for your reply

My device is approximately 9ft and it's strenght before/after is 83% (full intensity icon) and then while downloading 71% (medium intensity icon), is it normal? I already tried other channels (actual 112), channel width 20/40/80/160, OFDMA + Mu Mimo activated. Oh, sometimes i notice it switches to 2.4ghz, i don't know if is related
