Just bought router and when i connect internet cable form  HFC nbn the internet light go red and not green

Hi, did you login the router web interface to configure the Internet Settings? what is the WAN connection type of your internet and whether VLAN ID is needed? 

Please confirm the settings with your ISP. And you could also connect a computer to HFC nbn directly to see if internet works directly.
