Hi, do you mean download speed is quite low? Was it tested via wired or wireless connection? 2.4G or 5G WiFi?
Please provide more details about the issue including the bandwidth you paid for, your ISP modem speed and also the router wired&wireless speed.

Did you test wired speed of the router? If wired speed is normal, only wireless speed is slow, it could be limited by the wireless adapter of the client devices, or caused by wireless interferences, or simply the router issue, please try to change the WiFi channel and channel width on the router to see if it helps.
If not, please provide the specific speedtest results of wired and wireless connections, also check the wireless link speed on your client device:
