Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230627 rel. 39033

The connection to the router disappears periodically once every few hours (or once a day, depending on the model) and is immediately restored

Hi, may I know the issue happens on wireless connections only, or both wired and wireless connections?

And when the issue happens, the wired or wireless connections are still connected but no internet access or disconnected completely? all the client devices disconnect at the same time or random devices disconnect at a time? will Internet LED on the router turn red or orange?

If the issue happens only on wireless client devices, please check if the 2.4G and 5G WiFi are the same, try to change WiFi channel and channel width to see if it will be more stable.

By the way, how many client devices are usually connected to the router? and what are they?
