TL-WR941HP V2 QoS bandwith Max upload and download not relevan anymore since now days most of user that using this device has minimum 150mbs- 1gbt internet speed.
is it possible to upgrade Qos Bandwith up to 1000 mbs?

Hi, the WAN and LAN ports on TL-WR941HP are all 10/100Mbps ports instead of Gigabit port, thus the actual internet speed from this router will not be higher than 100Mbps.
You could also run speedtest in your network to confirm the actual speed.
