Suddenly stopped working. Have reset them, rebooted them, rebooted the modem. The main unit is good now but the satellites alternate between flashing red and flashing blue. Followed instrunctions with no success. Noe what? Thanks.

Hi, what is the model no. , hardware version and firmware version of your extender? 

Please try move the extender closer to your router and set it up again, then let us know the LED status again.

  @Sunshine the extender is 2cm from the router. It could not physically get any closer. Any other suggestions?

What is the model no. , hardware version and firmware version of your extender? Please check for firmware update and make sure it is running the latest firmware.
