What is the wired speed of your modem, wired speed of the router?

For WiFi Speed, please test both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, also check the wireless link rate: How to check the associated/link speed on a wireless client 

 

If only WiFi speed is slow, you could try changing WiFi channel and channel width on the router: Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page.
