Hi, you mean you are unable to connect its WiFi or it is connected but no internet access?
If no device can connect to the WiFi, please connect a computer to the router via Ethernet cable to see if everything works fine. Then login the web interface of the router via tplinkwifi.net and check or change the wireless network name, wireless password etc.
