Hello TP Link.

 

We would like to do a PPPoE dial-up using a tagged VLAN on the ER707-M2 via the SFP port and set up a DHCP server behind it using an untagged VLAN.

 

We would like to use the feature to replace 50-60 Mikrotik boards that solve this feature with a bridge.

 

The background is that we usually only have one interface in the POPs on the street and this is supposed to serve several functions.

 

Setting PPPoE tagged and DHCP untagged on the WAN/SFP port does not seem possible. Or have I overlooked something?

Hi @TW_EPC 

PPPoE as tag VLAN.

 

LAN port untagged.

Click the port and set it with a PVID. That'll be untagged.

You have the same option VLAN in the standalone PPPoE. I am pasting a dynamic though.

PPPoE as tag VLAN.

 

LAN port untagged.

Click the port and set it with a PVID. That'll be untagged.

I currently use the ER707 standalone. It wasn't possible for me to set it up like that. I have actually put a physical bridge now.

I made a complete mistake... After we tested something, a different scenario was needed. PPPoE with tagged VLAN on the SFP port and DHCP also with tagged VLAN on the same port. That doesn't seem possible, correct?
