Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.0.3 Build 20211219 Rel. 67401 (EU)

I am unable to use Parental control. I have set the Mac Adress of devices to be enabled only some time of internet access, but it is working all teh time. More over, I have set them into "blocK list", even then the internet is working.

SO in nut shell I can block/restrict for any device?? I have attached the screen captures.

Hi, do you mean you selected blacklist as content restrictions? Is there any keyword added? If not, it means it blocks nothing, that is why you are still able to get internet at all times.

If you would like to block all internet during specific time, please use whitelist without any keywords, then the device will not access any internet during the selected time.
