Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 5.14.32.56

All my AP in my remote offices have been disconnected from my Cloud controller, but they are all working and producing wifi.

I am using a OC200 controller with a combination of
EAP653 & EAP245 APs

All AP local tot the OC200 have connected no problem.

Anyone know how I can get them to re-connect?

Hi  @Swamisan

It seems that the connection between the controller and the remote gateway is blocked.

You may check the following:

1. If the public IP of the remote site changed?

2. If the port forwarding settings on the remote router changed?
