Outdoor Access Point stuck in preconfigured mode
I have carried out reset to factory settings many times but I cannot get this AP to stop showing as preconfigured.

The PRECONFIGURED status indicates that the device is not connected to the internet.
Please make sure the EAP225-outdoor is plugged into a router and have Internet access.

Hi there,
Many thanks for this.
I am embarrassed to say that this was the problem!
Our broadband provider attended recently to change our hub - and and that is when the access point stopped working. I should have guessed.
