
it's hardly possible that iPhone, Sonos speaker or intercom could pump such amount of data. Am I doing something wrong?

What kind of controller are you using?
Are the traffic statistics the same on the controller's web interface? Please have a check.
Did you try to exit the Omada App and re-launch it?
Please also try to reboot the router, the controller, and the EAP units to see if it will change.
