Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.6

Hi,

I have 2 switches Switch T1500G-8T v2.0 firmware 2.0.6 and they are working with Omada 5.15.20.20.

I've tried to move to 5.1.5.24.17. It starts fine them after sometime it fails the heartbeat and it no longer can readopt it. If I reset the switches and adopt it, it does work for sometime only to fail again.

Is there something I can do to fix it ?

Thanks

  @AndreMartins

This model is EOL. And we no longer provide support for it. The firmware does not seem to be adapted for V5.15.X.Y

When you upgrade the controller, make sure you check its compatibility list. Some models may not be supported.

If the device works for the start but drops later on, you might wanna examine the communication between the controller and the switch.

The heartbeat miss means the keepalive packet is lost. Controller does not receive a response from the switch for a while.
